Uvex equestrian is going to reinvent itself in the area of riding gloves in autumn 2017, launching an absolute riding glove novelty. The glove perfectly adapts itself to the rider’s hand – thanks to the cut specially developed by uvex and the new soft-touch material it is multidimensionally flexible while being breathable and extremely airconditioned. The soft-touch material used in the contact areas of the glove provides for the rider’s hand to receive the necessary support and, at the same time, remain supple and sensitive.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over £100.00. For orders under £100.00 our standard mainland UK shipping fee is just £5.00. On orders containing riding hats or body protectors, our shipping fee is £9.50 due to the additional packaging needed to keep these fragile items safe during delivery.
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days, subject to availability, via the Royal Mail or a courier service such as Collect Plus. Please note that a signature may be required on delivery.
In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within one working day.
Once dispatched, your item will normally arrive after 3-5 working days. Please allow extra time for delivery during bank holidays and over busy periods such as Christmas.
You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Before returning your item, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on Tel: 01473 738237 to let us know that you intend to return your item.
To return your item(s) to us you will find a returns form in your parcel which you can complete and then enclose it in the returning parcel.
All returns made are at the expense of the customer and we advise that you keep your proof of postage. Kings of Suffolk do not accept any liability for goods which have been lost in the post or by the courier whilst being returned.

Goods that are being returned to us must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We are unable to accept any goods which have been returned in the manufacturers packaging as the outer postal packaging due to resale problems, therefore, all goods should be packaged appropriately.
Once we have received your returned item, you should expect to receive your refund within 7 workings days. You will be sent an email to let you know that your refund is being processed.
Over busy periods such as Christmas and New Year we will be offering an extended returns period.
If you receive an item which is faulty we are happy to provide either a repair, replacement or a refund. For us to process faulty goods, we first ask you to send us an email with photos and details of the fault to email@example.com.
After this, we will then require you to return the item(s) to us and when we receive the item it will be investigated. On some occasions the item(s) will have to be returned to the manufacturer to determine the fault and this will then, as a result, delay the process slightly.
If the goods are found to be faulty then we will offer a full refund including the cost of the postage.
