You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, howevever this policy excludes safety equipment such as riding hats and body protectors.

To return your item(s) to us you will find a returns form in your parcel which you can complete and then enclose it in the returning parcel.

All returns made are at the expense of the customer and we advise that you keep your proof of postage. Kings of Suffolk do not accept any liability for goods which have been lost in the post or by the courier whilst being returned.

Goods that are being returned to us must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We are unable to accept any goods which have been returned in the manufacturers packaging as the outer postal packaging due to resale problems, therefore, all goods should be packaged appropriately.

Once we have received your returned item, you should expect to receive your refund within 7 workings days. You will be sent an email to let you know that your refund is being processed.

Busy Periods

Over busy periods such as Christmas and New Year we will be offering an extended returns period.

Faulty Goods

If you receive an item which is faulty we are happy to provide either a repair, replacement or a refund. For us to process faulty goods, we first ask you to send us an email with photos and details of the fault to

After this, we will then require you to return the item(s) to us and when we receive the item it will be investigated. On some occasions the item(s) will have to be returned to the manufacturer to determine the fault and this will then, as a result, delay the process slightly.

If the goods are found to be faulty then we will offer a full refund including the cost of the postage.
